When this job was signed with Guardian on July 26, 2025, they weren't patching one problem — she was deciding to bring her entire Greendale home up to date in a single coordinated push. Their thinking was simple: the roof, siding, trim, gutters, and windows were all aging together, so replacing them together would leave them with one sound, weather-tight system rather than a patchwork of mismatched repair dates. Rep John Jones built that vision into a $50,523 full-exterior project (half down, the balance split between job start and substantial completion), with a tentative Fall/Winter 2025 start. The work spans six trades at once: a full PRO-GUARD roof tear-off topped with IKO Dynasty shingles in Glacier and new chimney flashing; a fresh Deluxe vinyl siding system in CertainTeed Restoration Classic Slate, dressed up with board-and-batten on the front for character; new Alliance windows, all-black aluminum trim and soffit/fascia wrapping the house (everything but the back sunroom); and a new 5" seamless gutter system with five downspouts.
The details are where their personality shows through — this isn't just a spec sheet, it's a home being made theirs. Guardian pulled the satellite dish before the roof went on, hang shutters and a front light they supplied themselves, and mount their mailbox and address numbers right onto the new siding.
