Deteriorated sash from long ago is never a problem! No need to buy new windows! Just new parts. Andersen Windows + Doors 400 series permashield casement sash replacement within a frame with great integrity. Andersen still makes most parts for their vintage units and I still swap em out! Call me anytime!
