This was such a satisfying service call. Customer wanted ALL sashes within this Andersen Windows + Doors bow unit to be exchanged for updated, new white sash, upper and lower hinge arms with tracks and lubrication. 3 operable sashes, 2 fixed sashes and all the fine details at the end. All they needed to do when I was done, was to enjoy the view!!

Interesting one for sure...a patio door used as a window where the stationary panel shattered due to birds needed to be replaced. Andersen Windows + Doors PS gliding patio door panel with upgraded interlock weatherstripping was a challenge, but only due to height off the ground on the exterior. Nothing I couldn't handle...take a look!

Glass broke on your Andersen Windows + Doors ? Don't worry about it one bit. Accidents happen, right? Just swapped out this upper and lower sash from a vintage unit over 25 years old! New upper and lower sashes and bam!...back to normal. No need to replace the entire unit, folks!
