I mentioned everything is done by hand around here right?
House ground spices! In my home its important that the food I make is whole, fresh, and SAFE. So if it's a standard I set for my home, its a standard I will set for my business and for my customers 🧡

Here are some reasons why hand ground is better:

Whole cinnamon sticks trap their oils inside the rolled bark. Grinding them right before you cook or bake releases a bold, vibrant taste that pre-ground store powder cannot match.

Store-bought ground cinnamon can contain anti-caking agents, mystery fillers, or cheaper cassia (cinnamon strain) substitutes. When you start with sticks, you know your spice is 100% pure

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued public health alerts and recall advisories for multiple ground cinnamon brands due to unsafe lead levels ranging from over 2 to 20 parts per million (ppm).
