Hello there! As we turn the page here at Barnwood New into 2016, we have come up with a few policies that we are implementing, as we feel that it will not only help us, but help us to better serve you! Please take a moment to become familiar with some of our new policies...
1) First and foremost, we want you to share your ideas with us! We encourage you, if you're able, to send pictures and/or me
asurements in your messages when you're inquiring about a project, as it will give us a better approximation of cost.
2) We simply request a 2 week time frame for most projects to be completed. Some will be sooner, others may take longer, as it depends on the project and how busy we are!
3) In order to better serve you, we are always available to talk about custom orders. We love hearing your ideas, and sharing that journey with you of creating a one of a kind piece. When picking up an order, we are available Monday-Friday from 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm. If those time frames do not work, PLEASE message us, as we are happy to work with you on a convenient time to get together!
4) For any custom orders (ie specific names, dates, furniture, restorations) we will require a deposit, whether it is half or a full deposit, depending on the request.
5) We accept cash, check, and PayPal, to better serve our internet orders and credit card purchasers :)
