Mississippi Mud Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed potato chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Potatoes:

Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until just tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Mix the Ingredients:

1 cup whole milk, warmed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
For the filling:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup ground pistachios
1/2 cup raspberry jam
For the glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add the warmed milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

For the cookies:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the topping:

24 large marshmallows, halved
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Make the Cookie Dough:

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and mix well.

4 large potatoes
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked bacon or ham
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For frying:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Potatoes:

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
Make the Dough:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, and half of the shredded provolone cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix until well combined, then transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
In a skillet, sauté the sliced mushrooms until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
Top the meatloaf with the sautéed mushrooms and remaining shredded provolone cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
