Red Snapper, Shrimp & Grits with a Cajun Cream Sauce 🐟🍤

Ingredients:
4 red snapper fillets
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup grits
2 cups water
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook grits in water and 1/2 cup cream until thick, then stir in cheese and season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Season snapper with Cajun seasoning. Sear in a hot pan with olive oil until cooked through.
3️⃣ Cook shrimp in butter until pink, then remove from pan.
4️⃣ In the same pan, add garlic, remaining cream, and chicken broth. Cook until sauce thickens.
5️⃣ Serve snapper and shrimp over grits, topped with the Cajun cream sauce.

Notes:
For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning in the sauce.

Simple Watermelon Cucumber Feta Salad 🍉🥒🌿🧀

**6 Ingredients:
• 1 English cucumber
• 1 Lime, fresh zest and juice
• 1 handful Mint, fresh leaves
• 6 cups Watermelon
• 1 Sea salt flakes and fresh ground black pepper
• 6 oz Feta cheese

**Instruction:
1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
- Slice cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons.
- Chop mint leaves.
2. Assemble Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, and mint.
- Crumble feta cheese over the top.
3. Dress & Season:
- Drizzle with fresh lime juice and zest.

1 lb sirloin steak (sliced into strips), 1 green bell pepper (sliced), 1 red bell pepper (sliced), 1 yellow onion (sliced), 3 garlic cloves (minced), 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp cracked black pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thickening), ¼ cup beef broth.
Macaroni Cheese:
8 oz elbow macaroni, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 2 cups milk, 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated), ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated), ½ tsp mustard powder, salt & pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Prepare Pepper Steak:

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 lb. NY Strip Steak
- 1 Tbsp oil with a high smoke point (like avocado or canola)
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1. Begin by cooking the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook for about 7 minutes or until al dente, then drain well and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about one minute until fragrant.

3. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink. Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

Ingredients:
For the Soup:

2 lbs beef chuck roast, shredded (or use leftover roast beef)
4 large onions, thinly sliced
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cups beef broth
2 cups water
1/2 cup red wine (optional)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Topping:

4 slices of crusty bread (French bread or sourdough)
1 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Ketchup and mustard (for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula until browned. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the crumbled bacon. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Spread the cooked beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles.
Starting at one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces. Place each roll-up on the prepared baking sheet.
