Tight layouts, quirky spaces, and a long list of client must-haves had me 😬😅

What was once an underutilized hall closet is now a powder room that completely changed how this 1920s colonial functions for a modern family.

More square footage isn’t always the answer.
Sometimes it’s about using what you already have—just better.

These spaces support everyday routines.

And when done well, they add personality, depth, and a ripple effect that carries through the rest of the home.
