My newest "Do it yourself at home" project: I put a gym in my garage.

It has made a big difference in my health.

Soloflex 5-52.5 pound Dumbells

Ez Curl bar that holds the Soloflex dumbbells

12-14-16 step up block

Adjustable bench

SincMill weight machine

Martial arts stretch machine

Resistance bands

Row machine

So far I've lost 61 lbs and added 10% more muscle to my body. My % bodyfat has went from 40% to 17%. (Currently in a bulking phase closer to 19%)

Eating 2800 calories per day.

Next, steam/sauna.

**Question**

Ok folks here's my final follow up on my suvie kitchen robot.

I use it every day. I can come home from work and NOT have to worry about what to fix for dinner.

I can go into my gym and work out. The meal is SCHEDULED.

I can load it the night before. It keeps the food refrigerated until time to cook it.

It has two different cooking compartments where it can cook two different things at two different temperatures even starting them at different times and cooking them in different styles.

I can be out in my garage working out and my phone will play a message through my garage speaker telling me dinner is cooking.

From work I can glance at my phone and the robot will tell me the temperature of the chicken breast.

I can simply hold the meal card in front of the robot. It'll know what the meal is and ask when I'd like it.

I give it a 10 out of 10. One of my best investments ever.

My question being:
If I can get affiliation with the suvie robot company for discounts on units/food would any of you be interested?
