This is a Public Service Announcement (PSA) for all of our Followers: The National Weather Service issued a Heat Advisory from 11 a.m. Thursday until 8 p.m. Friday for Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties. The combination of hot temperatures, plus high humidity will make it feel like 100 degrees or higher at times.
WHAT'S NEXT: Scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening, mainly between 3 to 9 p.m. Some storms may be strong to severe, with damaging wind gusts and large hail as the main threats. Heavy rain is also possible, along with frequent lightning.
