When I’m happy I create, when I’m sad I create. Today was a hard day for me, I learned some things about myself that the Gods blindsided me to learn about myself and other people. Core wounds some times get spread open and Self soothing and regulation must happen. I’ve learned a lot of coping skills over the past few years and I’m so thankful for my program. I’m also thankful for the knowledge I’ve gained thru hard times so I can better evolve into a better person every single day. I contain pure love and one day I will be granted to absolute freedom. But to do so I have to learn from mistakes mine and others. ✨Moksha✨
✨today I created this peace with the evolution from sadness to joy. My body can not keep up with my mind, i sometimes call this being trapped. I know tho I always have my busy hands and art to help me evolve and raise my vibration. ☮️

Today marks 4 weeks that’s one entire month laying on my couch since they put three screws in my spine! The infections have cleared and the “random” “bizzare” “never seen that happen before” foot swelling is all cleared and I thought I was on the upswing I mean who wouldn’t feel pretty good after being completely drained by an infection? Yesterday however felt like almost a complete set back. Idk if I did something in particular or if I was just “over doing it” trecking with my wheelie walker to fast back and forth to the bathroom or what but I’m
Back to completely babying myself and back to covered in ice packs. I almost feel like something has gone wrong because I mean why wouldn’t I feel that way? I only had I think three good days so far physically that is. Spiritually I’ve been pretty good until today…. I’m trying I promise this just has gotten a bit overwhelming I suppose mentally for me, ya me the one who can’t sit still and always is head first into whatever project I’ve got cooking up or even whatever project someone else got going I dive myself in theirs too cuz I think it’s fun to create and make things from pretty much nothing! So from the couch this is what I’ve worked on the past 4 weeks.

Sadly I won’t be able to vend at all this summer cuz I’ve got spinal surgery number 5 in June and I’ll be down from #4 pretty much up until to weeks before.
