A couple of completed kitchen knives shipped out today. Both are AEB-L stainless steel with buffalo horn bolsters, a stainless-steel spacer and stabilized wood handles. A 9-inch Santuko with Black ash burl and a 6-inch Nakiri with Karelian Birch burl.
