Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- Zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
2. Make the Crust: In a bowl, mix together 1 cup flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Cooked basmati rice (for serving)
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, ground ginger, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
