Sprinkle 3 (8 ounce) pieces of skinless salmon with salt and pepper and place on baking sheet in 375 degree oven for 15 min.
Bring salted water to a boil and cook one box of farfalle according to box directions.
While salmon and pasta are cooking add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a pan, add sliced sundried tomatoes that have been soaked in oil, add 3 ears of fresh corn cut off cob, chopped fresh basil, salt and black pepper. Stir for a minute or two. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 tbsp butter and turn heat to low. Add 1/2 cup pasta cooking water (or more if looks dry) add baby spinach and cook until starting to wilt. Mix in pasta and grate freshly grated Parmesan cheese. serve with salmon broken in pieces on top

Boil couscous in water and sauté with olive oil, capers and sun-dried tomatoes. Add couscous to bottom of parchment paper, top with baby spinach, place wild halibut on top and top with thyme, lemon, olive oil and fresh pepper. Wrap in paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. Enjoy.

Cut a 1 inch piece of peeled Turmeric and a 1 inch piece of peeled ginger into 3 pieces. Add to 2 cups of water and bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1 tsp of raw honey and a squeeze of lemon. Boosts immunity and great for your gut.
