🫛 Slow Cooker Mushy Pea & Lamb Curry 🍛

Cheap, easy and low calorie, this mushy pea curry with lamb is a slimming slow cooker recipe that’s light on the wallet too!

Ingredients (serves 4 generously):
330g lean lamb leg
One cal spray
2 tsp fenugreek
4 tsp medium curry powder
1.5 tsp garam masala
1 large red onion
6-8 cloves garlic
1 thumb size pice ginger, minced
3 red peppers
4-5 vine tomatoes
3 medium potatoes
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tins mushy peas
250ml water with 2 lamb stock pot
1 tsp dry mint
150g frozen peas
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Large bunch of coriander
Large bunch fresh mint
