Treating the ceiling like a fifth wall in our Upper East Side project. We love the way the subtle blue ceiling adds drama without overpowering this bright, airy space ✨

We often use natural materials with history and functionality in our projects. Tadelakt is an ancient plastering technique that initially was used in to waterproof cisterns and store drinking water. It was later used for decorative purposes on exteriors of royal buildings and interiors of bathrooms because of its water repelling quality. We love the texture and movement it gives and patina that develops over time ✨

Entering 2026 with these Brooklyn Brownstone entryways. Shot one and two are more tone on tone, leaning into a softer entrance, whereas shots three and four are a bit more unexpected. These entries reflect our clients’ personalities, as we think the entry vestibule is the best way to introduce yourself to visitors!

Sometimes standard rugs don’t fit the room or the vision. Custom allows us to control scale, color, material, and longevity. It’s one of the quiet details that makes a space feel finished.
