🍦🍪 No-Churn Cookie Dough Ice Cream 🍪🍦
Velvety, smooth vanilla bean ice cream loaded with rich chocolate chips and chunks of decadent, edible chocolate chip cookie dough. A sweet, nostalgic treat that gives you premium churned texture without any special equipment!
🛒 Ingredients
* 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
* 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
* 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
**For the Edible Cookie Dough Bites:**
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
* 1/4 cup brown sugar & 2 tbsp white sugar
* 1 tbsp milk
* 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

1. **Make Edible Cookie Dough**
Microwave flour for 60 seconds to heat-treat it. Cream butter and sugars together, then mix in milk and flour. Fold in chocolate chips, roll into tiny bite-sized chunks, and freeze for 15 minutes.
2. **Whip the Cream**
In a large chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
3. **Fold the Base**
In a separate bowl, stir vanilla extract into the sweetened condensed milk. Gently fold this mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula until fully combined without deflating the cream.
4. **Mix in Mix-ins**
Gently fold the frozen cookie dough pieces and mini chocolate chips into the creamy ice cream base until distributed evenly.
5. **Freeze**
Pour the mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Press extra cookie dough bites and chocolate chips into the top. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least **6 hours** or overnight until firm.
