Think this is one of my favorite bathrooms of all time. The true tomboy in me obviously gravitates to the darker tones, while the feminine side of me loves the contrast, the warm brass, and how it all comes together.

I love how this bathroom feel luxurious but still really grounded and earthy.

The custom mosaic floor from Zia Tile was such a fun moment, and of course we had to do soapstone on the counter deck and backsplash to bring in that beautiful, earthy texture.

SEABROOK HOUSE TOUR || PART 8

Who said doing laundry should be boring ?! We had so much fun in this tiny space. Mixing classic with funky, retro with traditional. The smallest spaces are always my favorite. The integrated soapstone farmhouse sink was my absolute favorite detail in this project.

SEABROOK HOUSE TOUR II PART 7

A primary suite that is calm, layered, with both new and old touches. The perfect place to relax after being on the beach. The arched mirror softens the harshness of a large mirror, while also maximizing the open concept. The bedroom is neutral but warm, incorporating vintage and new pieces that make it feel collected and timeless.

SEABROOK HOUSE TOUR | PART 7

A bathroom suite that resembles all parts of who I am as a designer and my client. I can’t even remember what we chose first for this bathroom, but the floors flowed into the wallpaper, which flowed into the paneling color, and then the lighting… I think. 🤔 what makes me really happy about this bathroom in particular is the wide array of styles, eras and influences in one tiny but mighty space. British influences in the lighting, Mediterranean influences in the floor tiles, art deco in the marble backsplash/ tray…. So proud of this one !

SEABROOK HOUSE TOUR — PART 6

This bedroom suite all started with a penny tile dream for the bathroom floor. The feminine playfulness of the tile inspired
the bedroom design, where we wanted everything to feel peaceful, pretty, and comfortable.

A fun play on backplates and k***s, paired with the most fun and timeless fabric from Zak + Fox, brings personality to this ocean-view room while still keeping it peaceful, whimsical, and inviting.

TEAM SPOTLIGHT: Meet Gab 🤍
We truly couldn’t do what we do without Gab, our Lead Project Manager at CLI. She brings years of experience, incredible organization, creativity, and a true passion for design to every project.

And for me, having Gab on our team is extra special because we go way back!Gab and I went to high school together in New Jersey and played lacrosse together for years, with Gab’s mom as our coach! From the lacrosse fields of NJ to working together in the design world, it’s pretty special to see how life comes full circle.

After high school, Gab went on to USC, where she played Division I lacrosse and earned her B.A. She then spent six years at Bloomberg in NYC as an event coordinator and program manager before following her passion for interiors.
Today, she brings that background in planning, coordination, and project management into the design world—keeping projects moving, details organized, and helping bring our creative vision to life from concept through completion.
We’re so lucky to have her on the CLI team!

Seabrook House Tour — Part 5

Moving on to the moodiest room in the house, and my favorite, Guest Suite 2, which overlooks the beach. We kept the palette grounded in natural tones, letting the ocean views take center stage. The result is a space that feels cozy, yet airy, bright, and effortlessly comfortable.

Seabrook House Tour — Part 5

Moving on to the moodiest room in the house, and my favorite, Guest Suite 2, which overlooks the beach. We kept the palette grounded in natural tones, letting the ocean views take center stage. The result is a space that feels cozy and moody, yet still airy, bright, and effortlessly comfortable.

Continuing the tour of our Seabrook house, starting with Bedroom Suite 1! 🤎💙

Leaning into the Larsen Fabrics fabric on the windows, we carried our brown-and-blue palette throughout to create a coastal, funky oasis for guests. With a full tub room designed by Vinyet Architecture, we fully slabbed the tub surround and created a fun, functional bath and shower area that feels playful enough for all ages while remaining timeless for years to come.

Part 2 - Seabrook House Tour | Next in our Seabrook House Tour: the upstairs lounge. Perhaps the most fun space to design, this expansive gathering area greets you at the top of the stairs with a fully stocked bar and sweeping ocean views. We took a more playful approach here, layering rich red paneling, darker wood tones, and unexpected details to give the room its own distinct personality.
