Tom Sébastien has quickly established itself as a new-generation couture bridal house, known for exceptional design, craftsmanship, and modern luxury. So when we were invited to work on the brand’s first American flagship store in New York City, we were thrilled to be part of the project.
Located in Tribeca, the space features expansive concrete floors and an exposed black ceiling—striking architectural elements that called for a softer counterpoint while keeping the bridal gowns at center stage.
Our solution was elegant Euro-pleat drapery in a luxurious ivory S&S Fabric Products fabric, installed on sleek black Kirsch track. The drapery brings warmth, softness, and movement to the space, creating a refined contrast with the store’s modern, minimalist architecture.
The result is a setting that complements Tom Sébastien’s couture aesthetic while allowing each gown to truly shine.

POV: Your downtown home just achieved peak light control. ✨

Back at ’ Number 33 Park Row, we designed a window treatment solution around the way this family actually lives.

In the kids’ room, blackout shades make bedtime and naptime simple - while helping create a distraction-free space when needed.

In the living room, 3% shades soften glare without sacrificing those incredible city views, paired with fascia and ripple fold stationary panels for complete room cohesion.

Different rooms. Different needs. One seamless design.

As regular readers of our portfolio will recall, we’re no stranger to RSHP Number 33 Park Row, Downtown Manhattan’s copper-fin-clad high rise. In the last project, we recounted the reasons for choosing stationary drape panels. This one was slightly different.

Paying careful attention to the setting, its orientation north toward the park, and the demands of the family unit, our team paired Lutron By Design blackout and 3% shades with fascia and ripple fold stationary panels. A design-forward upstart draped in finesse

The Clare, a small, high-end midrise at the southern fringes of the Upper East Side was completed in 2017. The vision of celebrated architect Manuel Glas, this 19-story boutique building features an attended lobby, units with 18-foot-high ceilings, and a façade of irregular thin and tall windows. It is, as one critic put it CityRealty “an extravagant exercise in patchwork architecture.”

The team at New York Window Fashion is no stranger to challenges presented by New York’s newer, more complex condominiums, which is how we won out as window furnisher of choice for The Clare.

For the insights behind our decision to install sheer ripple fold drapery, find the full blog post on our Linktree.

Midtown Manhattan, New York – the beating heart of the city. It’s an area that shares blue-chip businesses with Broadway, famous hotels, and tourist spots that visitors dream of seeing. For New York’s restaurants, this blend of out-of-town diners and power lunching executives presents a problem and an opportunity: catch eyes and be remembered.

That was exactly the brief we received from this restaurant. To see why we picked out burnt sienna and mauve pinch pleat drapes, find the full version of this article in our Linktree.
