Before a piece becomes part of a room, or in this case, is made into a piece of furniture, there’s a process of getting to know the material.

For the Larchmont dining table, that meant making the trip to New Jersey to see the stone, study its movement, and make sure it was not only what we envisioned for the space, but would also be functional as the top for this massive table.

These are the moments that make bespoke pieces feel built into a space, like they were always meant to be there.
