My 3 point super filling lunch! These are the best tortillas I've ever had (like even not on WW) at 1 point, and this caesar dressing is a 2 Tbsp serving for 2 points which was more than plenty! I did a lot of lettuce, cherry tomatoes and shrimp instead of chicken because I get so sick of chicken but this was so good I'll probably add a couple points of croutons next time because I love croutons haha

I’ve really debated posting in this group because some of you all are on a hair pin trigger to fight people, but I really wanted to share this message bc I feel like a LOT of people on here eat like me and get no support. So here goes.
I’m 49
I’m post menopausal and 1 year out from complete hysterectomy.
I eat only 1 vegetable and 2 fruits (honestly, I’m so picky and have major OCD food texture issues. I don’t even eat salad.
I’ve lost 60 pounds and 7.5 inches around my waist since January 7.
My BP, A1C, and Triglycerides/Cholesterol are finally good!
So, I’ve come on here to say first of all YOU CAN do it. I like to eat “big meals” so I do brunch (between 4 and 7 points) and dinner (between 9-14) each day with two snacks (usually a banana and a lean protein) in between. I get 23 points and usually have leftovers for dessert. I’ve posted pics of myself so you know this isn’t a fake account, and I’ve attached sample brunches (I’m a teacher so I take omelettes and hashbrowns on the regular with Legendary protein rolls or pop tarts) and dinners. I’m a meat and carb eater, I work out 5-7 times a week, and I eat like this every day. I never deny, I just modify and I’m 60 pounds lighter. Trust me when I say, if I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!

Don’t sleep on the two ingredient air fryer bagels! They are so easy and so good!
1 c non fat Greek yogurt
1 c self rising flour
Mix yogurt and flour in a bowl until a dough forms and then turn out onto a floured surfaced and knead knead knead! My dough was a little wet so it took a minute to come together. Separate into four equal pieces and form into bagel shape. I brushed mine with egg wash to encourage browning and sprinkled half with everything bagel seasoning and left two plain. Cook in the air fryer at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

My 0 point "ice cream"! Before you come at me about blended fruits having points, eat this with a spoon so it's not a smoothie and l've lost over 60lbs having a big bowl of this every day (sometimes 2) and tracking it at 0 points.
Sometimes I Will leave bigger chunks of strawberries in it, other times just blend it all down to soft serve. It's S0000000 good!
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
1 ripe banana, frozen (this will add natural sweetness)
1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for added flavor)
Sweetener of your choice (if desired, but keep in mind this will add points)
Instructions:
Prepare the Fruit:
Slice the ripe banana into small pieces and freeze them along with the strawberries. It’s best to freeze them overnight for a creamier texture.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen banana slices, fat-free Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract (if using).
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well combined.
Taste and Sweeten (If Desired):
Taste the mixture and decide if it’s sweet enough for your liking. If you want it sweeter, you can add a small amount of your preferred sweetener. Keep in mind that this may add points if you’re following Weight Watchers, so use it sparingly.
Serve or Freeze:
You can serve the strawberry “ice cream” immediately for a soft-serve consistency.
For a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to a container with a lid and freeze it for an additional 1-2 hours.
Enjoy:
Scoop out your strawberry “ice cream” and enjoy it as a guilt-free and zero-point treat!

Getting over COVID and wanted to keep it simple tonight, plus had to use up some things in my fridge.
Got my appetite back today so I’ve been trying to get back to normal eating.
Tonight was an Applegate natural uncured 100% grass fed beef hot dog w martins potato roll, some carrot chips, shredded lettuce that I had to use up and a little bit of light Ceasar dressing. I also usually never use ketchup in a hot dog but it sounded good tonight. I really like the sprouts organic brand.
10pt dinner
4 for the hot dog
4 for the roll
2 for the dressing.
Ended out my total of exactly 23 points for the night.
