6 Jumbo Chicken Wing Recipes
1. Buffalo Jumbo Wings
Ingredients:
• 500 g jumbo chicken wings
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 80 ml buffalo sauce
• 40 g butter
• 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions:
Season the wings with salt, pepper, and oil.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
In a small pan, melt the butter and mix with buffalo sauce and garlic.
Toss the hot wings in the sauce until fully coated.
Serve immediately.
2. Honey Garlic Jumbo Wings
Ingredients:
• 500 g jumbo chicken wings
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Season the wings with salt, pepper, and oil.
Bake or air-fry until golden and crispy.
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic.
Add honey and soy sauce, then cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Toss the wings in the sauce until glossy and well coated.
3. BBQ Jumbo Wings
Ingredients:
• 500 g jumbo chicken wings
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt, black pepper, and paprika
• 120 ml BBQ sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp mustard, optional
Instructions:
Season the wings with salt, pepper, paprika, and oil.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
Mix BBQ sauce with honey and mustard.
Coat the wings with the sauce and return them to the oven for 5 more minutes so they caramelize.
4. Sweet Chili Jumbo Wings
Ingredients:
• 500 g jumbo chicken wings
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 100 ml sweet chili sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
Instructions:
Season the wings with salt, pepper, and oil.
Bake or fry until golden.
In a pan, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice.
Cook for 1–2 minutes.
Add the wings and toss until evenly coated.
5. Korean Spicy Glazed Jumbo Wings
Ingredients:
• 500 g jumbo chicken wings
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• Salt & black pepper
• Oil for cooking
• 2 tbsp gochujang
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Season the wings with salt and pepper, then lightly coat them with cornstarch.
Bake, air-fry, or fry until crispy.
In a pan, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
Cook until the sauce becomes shiny and slightly thick.
Toss the wings in the glaze until sticky and fully coated.
6. Garlic Butter Parmesan Jumbo Wings
Ingredients:
• 500 g jumbo chicken wings
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 40 g butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 40 g grated parmesan cheese
• Chopped parsley
Instructions:
Season the wings with salt, pepper, and oil.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic.
Add the wings and toss well.
Remove from heat, then add parmesan and parsley.
Mix until the wings are fully coated.
