A comforting, bubbling hot baked lasagna layered with a rich, savory meat sauce, tender pasta sheets, and a perfectly melted, golden-brown mozzarella cheese crust.

Ingredients

Lasagna sheets (ready-to-bake or pre-boiled)

Ground beef (or minced meat)

Marinara or tomato sauce

Ricotta cheese (or a thick creamy béchamel sauce)

Shredded mozzarella & parmesan cheese

Onion & garlic (finely chopped)

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Italian seasoning, salt, & black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the Meat Sauce: Sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic in a pan until fragrant. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned. Pour in the marinara sauce, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Layer the Lasagna: In a glass baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom. Place a layer of lasagna sheets on top, followed by a layer of ricotta (or creamy sauce) and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Repeat the layers until the dish is full, making sure the top layer is heavily covered in mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake Until Bubbling: Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the cheese is completely melted, bubbling, and beautifully golden-brown. Garnish with fresh parsley, let it rest for 10 minutes, and slice.

A massive tray of perfectly grilled, juicy ribeye steaks resting on a sheet pan, each topped with a melting scoop of rich, homemade garlic herb compound butter.

Ingredients

Ribeye steaks (or New York strip steaks)

Softened butter

Minced garlic & fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Olive oil

Salt & coarse black pepper

Garlic powder

Instructions

Make the Compound Butter: In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the softened butter with minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt. Shape it into a log using plastic wrap, chill in the fridge until firm, and then slice it into thick medallions.

Season & Grill the Steaks: Pat the steaks completely dry with paper towels. Rub them lightly with olive oil, then season generously on all sides with salt, coarse black pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-sear the steaks over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until a beautiful charred crust forms and they reach your preferred doneness.

Rest & Top with Butter: Transfer the hot, freshly grilled steaks onto a large baking sheet or resting tray. Immediately place a medallion of the garlic herb butter on top of each steak, allowing it to melt beautifully into the meat as it rests for 5 minutes before serving.

* Beef brisket (well-trimmed)
* BBQ sauce or tomato paste base
* Beef broth & Worcestershire sauce
* Garlic powder, onion powder, & smoked paprika
* Brown sugar (for a touch of sweetness)
* Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs
* Salt & cracked black pepper
Instructions

Tender, juicy pan-seared pork medallions (or beef tenderloin steak bites) smothered in a rich, creamy garlic and herb sauce, served hot and steaming.
Ingredients
* Pork tenderloin or beef loin (cut into thick medallions)
* Heavy cream
* Butter & olive oil
* Minced garlic
* Chicken or beef broth (for depth of flavor)
* Fresh parsley (finely chopped, for garnish)
* Salt, black pepper, & garlic powder
Instructions
* Sear the Medallions: Season the meat medallions generously on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in a hot skillet. Sear the meat for 3–4 minutes per side until beautifully browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let them rest.
* Make the Cream Sauce: Lower the pan heat to medium and add minced garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up all the flavorful bits from the bottom. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, letting it reduce slightly until it becomes thick and velvety.
* Coat & Serve: Place the tender medallions back into the bubbling cream sauce, spooning it generously over the top. Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with extra sauce from the pan, and finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Rich, velvety, and creamy garlic Alfredo fettuccine pasta simmering to perfection in a red Dutch oven pot.

Ingredients

Fettuccine pasta

Heavy cream & butter

Grated parmesan cheese

Minced garlic & olive oil

Italian seasoning or cracked black pepper

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
