Butter milk and Dill Oil
- Dill Oils
30gr fresh dill
140ml sunflower/corn oil
Clean the dill from the stalks and put it in a blender. Add the oil and start blending. Take a break every 40second for a total of 3/4 minutes, then take a colinder put a kitchen paper on it to let the oil filter, keeping it in fridge so it will maintain the color. Last for 3-4days in fridge.
- Buttermilk
250ml normal milk
0.2gr xantana
1tsp lime juice
Mix milk and lime juice with a whisk, then add the xanata. Blend it with the minipimer, remove the bubbles with a spoon add the dill oil and stir.
