INGREDIENTS:
â—ŹVegetable oil - 200 - 250 ml (for frying)
â—ŹChicken fillet - 250 g
●Purified potatoes – 2-3 pieces
●Salt – 1 teaspoon
●Black pepper – to taste
●Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon
●Cornstarch – 2 tablespoons
●Egg – 1 piece
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and place them in a saucepan or frying pan. Add the chicken, cover with water, add salt, and simmer for about 25-30 minutes.
2. Mash the potatoes in a mixing bowl with a potato masher, season with salt, starch, finely chopped chicken, and spices.
3.Mix everything well with a spoon, then shape small patties with your hands. This amount makes about 8 patties.
4. Fry the potato and chicken patties in vegetable oil over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
