Without question, this was the most extraordinary BBQ experience I’ve ever had. It wasn’t merely the pristine freshness of the ingredients or the exquisite flavors, but the impeccable service that truly elevated it. Our server, a culinary artist, meticulously prepared each course with remarkable patience and precision. He employed distinct cooking techniques for every cut, masterfully highlighting their unique characteristics. Watching him work was a mesmerizing display of skill. The slow-cooked chateaubriand, delicately rolled and seemingly raw, was a revelation. It melted in the mouth like cotton candy, leaving behind an explosion of pure flavor. We indulged in over ten different cuts of meat, culminating in the ethereal delight of shaved ice, reminiscent of Hokkaido snow – light, fluffy, and utterly divine. This experience has set a new standard, one that will be incredibly difficult to surpass.
