CHICKEN MEATBALLS IN CREAM SAUCE OVER CREAMY MASHED CAULIFLOWER.
(a complete low carb meal)

These chicken meatballs are tender, juicy and swimming in a super flavorful creamy sauce that coats each one just so. Served over creamy mashed cauliflower. I know what you’re thinking, “I want this in my mouth now!” I don’t blame you. Now imagine a few of these lofty meatballs over a hefty plate of creamy mashed cauliflower, slowly making its way to your chops, don’t let the sauce hit your shirt on the way! Serve over creamy mashed cauliflower (recipe included).

Serves 2

Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground chicken, I used ground chicken thighs (use any ground meat nutrition facts change significantly)
1 cup cooked white rice, cooled to room temp or colder ( bread crumbs as alternative)
1 large egg
1 small onion, grated
4 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour for dredging
2 tbsp extra light olive oil

For the Sauce:
1 stick unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup Savona Blanc (NOT cooking wine to high sodium)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp paprika, to taste
Pepper to taste
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

For Creamy Mashed Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon granulated sugar ( sweetener of choice)
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
Parsley for garnish

Instructions
Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cooked rice, egg, grated onion, garlic, and pepper mix well.Roll the meat into 1 to 1 1/4" balls, then roll the balls in flour, dusting off excess. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil. Transfer meatballs into the skillet and saute 4 minutes on the first side, then flip them over with tongs, cover and cook another 3 minutes or until golden brown on all sides and cooked through, then r

WHO STILL EAT THIS FRIED POTATOES AND ONIONS?!!❤️
Ingredients
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 medium Russet potatoes, peeled
1 large yellow onion, sliced thinly
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional add-in:
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon (3 g) chives, chopped
Instructions
Step 1:Over medium-high heat, heat the oil in a sauté pan or cast-iron skillet. Then add the potatoes and onions to the heated oil with caution. Also add salt and pepper to taste. Garlic powder and red pepper flakes should follow.
Step 2:Allow to cook, turning frequently, for 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes and onions are nicely browned and soft. Cover skillet if desired to aid in cooking and generate a creamier texture.
Step 3:Drain excess oil on a platter lined with paper towels for a few minutes, then top with chives and serve!
Tips:
•If you want to kick it up a notch, try cooking it in butter or bacon grease instead of oil and tossing in some chopped dill. Just remember to use caution when using butter on high heat because it burns more rapidly than vegetable oil.
•You can eat this recipe with a ketchup, but they’re also delicious with a garlic aioli or honey mustard sauce!

Smothered Pork Chops - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
Ingredients
6 boneless thick cut loin pork chops
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon adobo
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbs butter
4 cups potatoes, sliced very thin (mandoline is recommended)
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Take your pork chops and season them with salt, pepper & all other seasoning until evenly coated. (you can mix all seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl prior to coating chops) , set aside.
Butter a 2-quart baking dish
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat & melt 2 tbs of the butter in the pan, add in your minced garlic, then add in your seasoned pork chops.
Cook them until browned on both sides, remove and set aside.
Add the remaining 2 tbs butter to the skillet and add the chopped onion, cook until soft.
Add the condensed soup to the cooked onions and gradually stir in the milk, set aside.
Slice potatoes and place in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
Place cooked pork chops on top of potatoes, then pour soup mixture over the chops.
Make sure everything is even in the baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Remove the cover and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
Sprinkle lightly with parsley if desired.

Easy Fall Off the Bone Oven-Baked Ribs

INGREDIENTS :

Ribs (without stuffing)
3/8 cup (ninety-five ml) ketchup
1/3 cup (eighty-five ml) barbecue sauce
three tbsp chili sauce
3/4 cup (one hundred ninety ml) maple syrup
four tablespoons of HP sauce
Paprika, salt, and pepper

PRÉPARATION :

Boil ribs for about one hour. This step is the secret to making good ribs. Preheat oven three hundred °F (150°C). In a bowl, mix the ingredients to make the sauce. Brush the ribs well with the sauce. Bake for about forty minutes on each side. Brush the ribs frequently with the sauce.

Meatball Boats

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley, plus 2 tablespoons, chopped, divided
6 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable oil
4 soft rolls
8 slices mozzarella cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup butter, melted
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parsley, 3 cloves garlic, salt, and pepper. Shape the ground beef mixture into golf ball-size balls.
Heat a cast iron pan or skillet with oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides. Transfer meatballs to a plate then remove pan from heat.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Place the soft rolls in a baking sheet. Cut the top of the rolls with a knife and press the inside down to create a boat.
Mix together the melted butter, 3 cloves garlic and 2 tablespoons parsley.
Brush the rolls with the garlic butter. Bake for 5 minutes, or until toasted.
Place two slices of mozzarella in the rolls. Place a spoonful of marinara on top of the cheese.
Place three meatballs in the boat and top with more marinara.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Top with Parmesan cheese.

Pasta shell with ground beef

ingredients :

°1.5 pounds of ground beef
°Clove and garlic
°black pepper
°Sazon Perfecta seasoning.
°2 c sized pasta
°1/4 c oil
°4 c water
°2 tablespoons of Knorr Grained Chicken Stock
°4 tablespoons of Knorr Grained Tomato Stock
°3 cubes serrano peppers
°half an onion
°1 packet rutile
°A handful coriander
°Garlic and onion powder to taste
°2 packages of red mill
°1 bay leaf

directions :

1) Brown ground beef with minced garlic, black pepper and Sazon Perfecta seasoning.
2) While the meat is cooking, in a deep skillet, brown the pasta shells in 1/4 cup of the oil (as you would brown brown rice or Ronnie).
3) Drain the fat from the ground beef and add the meat to the pasta shells.
4) Adding 4 c of water, 2 tsp of Knorr granulated chicken broth, 3 cube of serrano peppers & 4 tsp of Knorr granulated tomato broth, slice in half an onion, 1 can rutile, a handful of cilantro, 2 bag Sazon Rouge, Bay leaf, adding garlic also onion powder to taste.
5) Stir, cover and cook over medium-high heat until your crust is soft. Serves! Enjoy this easy-to-make Mexican pasta recipe with ground beef.
