The Cross Bitch I started my shop in the final days of 2013.

I started LeGingerBoutique featuring the makings of The Cross Bitch because:

1) I'm easily entertained with old lady crafts,
2) I started cross stitching to pass the time when I was a wee lass,
3) My friends and family started requesting me to make them personalized projects, and
4) I'm a broke ass bitch that needs rent money! All of these reasons and the constant nagging from those I love made

me realize that while I love doing this for fun, why not make a little side cash that will allow me to buy all the shoes and candy and booze that I want. I choose to make my pieces full of sarcasm and love because I hope that others will appreciate the irony of something so vulgar being paired with something people associate with cute, little old women who tend to be politically correct (for the most part).

P.S. for all those trumpers out there who think because the fly became a star last night means that Pence did an amazing job, look again. It means that the amount of bu****it and deflection to any question asked of him attracted something that literally feeds off cow s**t. Read into that. The fact that Kamala didn’t answer one question from Pence, who might I remind you, is not the moderator and not hired to ask questions of the candidates, does not put her on the same level. I am not here trying to use Black Lives Matter as a way to promote myself but I don’t have a lot of means to be donating money right now so what I can offer in return is this piece and the money I would be making to help support my Black Brothers and Sister and Non-Binary folks. Even though these are only the smallest of speckles of black history that is white peoples have taken for granted. We need to keep being vigilant and keep educating ourselves about what it means to be Black in this world. Be there to support them in every way you’re able to individually and as a group.
