Atmosphere isn’t styling. It’s built through material decisions.
For The Viewpoint Rooftop + Eatery, contrast was central to the experience.
Warm walnut millwork grounds the space, while locally quarried quartzite, marble surfaces, Belgian bluestone, and darkened metal introduce weight, tactility, and restraint.
Along one wall, a custom mural abstracts a forest landscape through tonal ink shifts - creating a quieter dining zone that intentionally defers to the mountain views beyond.
At the bar, lighter fluted detailing contrasts with a darker back bar and controlled illumination, creating a social edge within the plan without overpowering the room.
Hospitality interiors should feel layered - not loud.
