Last weekend, had the honor and privilege of working side-by-side with JAY-Z and his team again, this time as an exclusive 3-day only pop-up, in the heart of the 2024.

JBI recreated the entire space, however, this time around, not at the heart of the Flatiron district but in the center of with the original chandeliers hanging from its ceiling and the bleacher inspired VIP seating platforms built again but with a different view: overlooking the various sporting arenas, the ultimate stage to ‘see and be seen’.

Monday 8/12/24 would have been our Founder Jeffrey Beers’ 68th birthday, who sadly passed earlier this year after a courageous battle with cancer. As we reflect on his legacy and his impact, we want to share how we best remember him: engaged, present and full of life. From enjoying his 60th birthday sailing trip with Partners Time Rooney and Nora Liu Kanter, to creatively planning a new restaurant with Partner Michael Pandolfi, to sharing our ideas for our current studio space with his family, Jeff’s endless enthusiasm and grace are some of many principals and ethos we carry on with us.

Happy Birthday Jeff, you are deeply missed.

and LEO A DALY, the initial phase of renovations brought several enhancements to the property (The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas). These include the introduction of Bar Juniper, a new lobby bar spotlighting clear spirits. The design of the space is meticulously curated, incorporating touches inspired by the indigenous Texas vegetation. One of the standout details includes JBI’s custom-designed chandelier in Juniper Bar, inspired by a cotton plant’s flowers, made of 340 clear-ribbed glass diffusers and weighing 800 pounds." - Global Traveler

We, Jeffrey Beers International, were tasked with honoring the heritage of the Omni Hotels & Resorts brand, the history of culture, and the PGA of America, and we set out to tell a sophisticated story for the project’s , anchored in the studio’s signature layered, detailed, and guest-driven design approach.

"Led by New York-based design studio, Jeffrey Beers International, Omni San Diego Hotel new aesthetic presents a baseball-inspired design that pays homage to its connection with Petco Park and the San Diego Padres. Shades of green and brown are layered throughout the property, complemented by details such as stitched leather panels at the reception desk, stadium-style light fixtures, geometric patterned carpets, and curated artwork that engages with the action and motion of baseball through history." - LODGING Magazine

Located in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, Omni San Diego Hotel announced the completion of a top-to-bottom renovation.
