The courtyard garden at The Springs.

Lush planting and a pathway of stone pavers create a quiet outdoor space for residents to move through. Designed as an extension of the interiors, the landscape reinforces the project’s connection to natural light, greenery, and everyday living.

The recreation room at The Springs brings a more social and informal energy to the building’s shared spaces.

A pool table sits at the center beneath a sculptural light fixture, while a linear bar with seating runs along the back wall. Opposite, a mix of sofas and club chairs provides additional seating. Together, these elements create a setting that supports both casual use and larger gatherings.

Copper Ore, another dining environment at The Penrose room, brings a different energy. Warmer tones, tactile finishes, and subtle nods to Spencer Penrose’s frontier spirit give the room a deeper, more layered character.
