Prairie- We live in southwest Missouri and the further west you go, the more the land starts to flatten into prairie. When I look across the field from our front porch, I always try to imagine what life had been like for pioneers.
Pine- We have two, tall pines behind our house. Since those trees are a pair, I can't help but think of teamwork. That's exactly who we are: a husband and wife duo. No matter the weather out here, and we experience some wild storms, those trees stand firm. Life is one wild ride, but we embrace each other! That's what makes life's crazy bearable.
Trail- When you walk a trail, what do you see? Life happening all around. Deer prancing between the trees. Birds singing happily and squirrels racing. Spiders weaving their webs. You don't merely see a trail. There's far more to experience.
