Golden Honey Butter Sweet Potato Cornbread

Ingredients:

1 cup mashed sweet potato (about 1 medium potato, cooked and mashed)
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
Honey Butter Topping:

1/4 cup softened butter
2 tbsp honey
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or a cast-iron skillet.
In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed sweet potato, milk, honey, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

1 1/4 cups warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 head of garlic, roasted and mashed
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine warm water, olive oil, mashed roasted garlic, and chopped rosemary. Add to the flour mixture and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf.

1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup warm water
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add Greek yogurt and warm water, stirring until the dough comes together.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Directions:

Place beef tips, chopped onion, and minced garlic in the crockpot.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, then add thyme, rosemary, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.

Directions:
