Allergies are serious business, and our campers learn about the importance of labeling dishes with common allergens, especially when they’re cooking for a big group of people (each other!). 🧑‍🍳

What should you bring to camp as a residential student? 🤔
At Summer Culinary, res students have the amazing opportunity to tour their host city with fellow campers and counselors after a hard day’s work in the kitchens. 🌃
We’ve gone to Broadway shows, laser tag, bowling, and more. 🎳
Afterwards, everyone heads back to the dorms to wind down (getting a taste of college life) and prepare for the next fun day of cooking! ☀️

Camp is running as usual—everything is operating smoothly, and this issue is limited to our website only.
