After graduating Parsons School of Design with an Associates degree in Interior Design Bonnie joined Bonsignore, Brignati & Mazzotta Architects’ interior design department in 1987. She worked on large corporate projects that required the entire gamut of design process skills. Bonnie joined Andrew Fredman Architects to expand her focus to building construction. She opened her own design firm, Conce
pts/Design/Space, LLC, in 2000 focusing on residential clients. When Bonnie was a member of A.S.I.D. and the American Institute of Architects committee, Learning By Design, NY, she chaired a mentoring program for students interested in architecture at the High School of Art and Design in conjunction with the American Institute of Graphic Artists. Also, Bonnie created and implemented programs for children in architecture and design based on her research at the Cooper Hewitt Museum. In addition, she adapted these programs for students at the Lexington School for the Deaf. After years of advising private clients on the use of color in their homes, Bonnie developed Between My Walls to expand her service to the public.
