Blueberry Lemon Creme Cake
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed, and drained)
For the Lemon Creme Topping:
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking pan or a similar-sized cake pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set this dry ingredient mixture aside.
In a separate large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, prepare the Lemon Creme Topping. In a medium mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until it begins to thicken. Add the granulated sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest and continue to whip until soft peaks form.
Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the cake has cooled, spread the Lemon Creme Topping over the top of the cake.
Slice and serve your Blueberry Lemon Creme Cake, and enjoy!

Simple No Bake Caramel Cheesecake Recipe 🍮😍
I wasn’t gonna post this recipe today 😆 but your comments and DMs made me type it quick 😂❤️

I first tested this recipe with home-made caramel and it tasted more like a toffee tart. Store bought Nestle caramel is the way to go for this recipe unless you’re happy with your home-made caramel!

You will need:
2 packets caramel tennis biscuits
2x 80g Caramel Chocolate grated
2x 250ml cream
1 tin Caramel
1 tub and a half medium fat cream cheese
2 Chocolate flakes and chocolate balls for decorating

Simple extract cream cheese for a simple delicious caramel fridge tart 👌🏽🤤🍮

Beat fresh cream until thick. On a side bowl, beat caramel and cream cheese separately until smooth.
Now combine caramel with fresh cream, add cream cheese in doses, taste and add until you’re satisfied with taste.
Add in grated caramel chocolate and combine well.

Place a single layer of tennis biscuits in a large rectangular dish, pour the caramel mix and spread evenly to cover the biscuits.
Add another layer of tennis biscuits and pour caramel mix. I did about 3 layers.
Place cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight. Decorate cheesecake with chocolate flakes, chocolate balls and fresh mint.
Cut into blocks and enjoy!🍮

Eggroll in a Bowl tonight. Cheap and super easy
A bag of coleslaw mix, you can use the regular or Brocolli slaw mix is good too.
A tube of pork sausage, whatever flavor you like, except Maple.
1 Tablespoon Garlic or more, if you like Garlic.
1 teaspoon ginger
1 Tablespoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/4 cup soy sauce, or more if you prefer.
Fry up your sausage, drain it if there's alot of grease. After draining add the Sesame oil, slaw mix, and your dry seasonings. When it Cooks down to your liking add the soy sauce. Serve it over rice or eat it without.

Six in a pan

Ingredients
CRUST
1 cup pecans chopped
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
CREAM CHEESE LAYER
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar also known as icing sugar or confectioner’s sugar, use 1/2 cup for less sweetness
1 cup cool whip or whipped cream
VANILLA PUDDING
5.1 oz instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
CHOCOLATE PUDDING
5.1 oz instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
TOPPINGS
2 cups cool whip or whipped cream
shaved chocolate optional

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a mixer mix all the crust ingredients together and press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake it for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the vanilla pudding as per the instructions on the package. As noted I used 2 cups of milk instead of the 3 cups on the package instructions to get a firmer pudding.

In a mixer add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and the cup of whipped cream. Mix until light and fluffy.
Let the crust cool. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly. Spread the vanilla pudding over the cream cheese layer, then the chocolate pudding. Spread the whipped cream as the last layer then top with shaved chocolate if preferred.
Refrigerate for a couple hours until it sets before serving.

My secret chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 cup of milk
2 cups of wheat flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of baking powder
HOW TO PREPARE THE CAKE:
Mix the 4 eggs, sugar, butter and milk well, then add the wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder,
mix again. Grease a mold with butter and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes
NOTE: after baking, wet the cake with simple chocolate syrup (1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, mix everything and soak)
MOUSSE INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 box of cream
1 cup of powdered milk
MOUSSE PREPARATION METHOD:
Beat everything in a blender until it's very creamy and then pour it on top of the cake. Leave it chilling for 3 hours and then just serve.

Loaded Baked Potato & Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken breast
8 potatoes
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 TBS fresh ground pepper
1 TBS Paprika
2 TBS Garlic powder
6 TBS Hot Sauce
2 cups grated cheese
1 cup crumbled bacon
1 cup diced green onion

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 500FIn a large bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and hot sauce.Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the bowl.Spray a 9×13 dish with cooking spray.
Add the potatoes, leave the excess sauce in the bowl.Cook the potatoes for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.Cut the chicken into cubes and add it to the bowl with the remaining sauce.Mix cheese, bacon and green onion in a small separate bowl.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add the uncooked marinated chicken.Then spread the toppings on the chicken.Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

CHOCOLATE TRUNK WITHOUT OVEN 😋
Ingredients:
300 ml of cream
100g of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of hazelnut cream
50g of chopped hazelnuts
70gr of cookies
Indications:
1. Whip the cream, then add the condensed milk and hazelnut cream.
2. Cover a mold with plastic wrap and pour the mixture.
3. Put in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
4. Decorate with hazelnut cream and pralines.
