Frozen Fudge Treat ❄️🍫
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free chocolate chips)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
2. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
4. Mix the melted chocolate into the banana mixture.
5. Add a pinch of salt and stir until everything is combined.
6. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
7. Freeze for about 2 hours or until firm.
8. Cut into squares and enjoy!
