lients turn to the firm to create harmonious, comfortable spaces complemented by curated furnishings, important art, and cutting edge technology. This meticulous, yet sybaritic approach—two adjectives not always linked together—has earned ample recognition: the firm is listed as a premier practice by Architectural Digest’s AD100, Elle Décor’s A-List, Interior Design, New York, and Luxe magazines and has been featured in Architectural Record, The New York Times, Travel & Leisure, W, Women’s Wear Daily and The Wall Street Journal, among many others. Honors include awards from the American Institute of Architects, Interior Design and Hospitality Design. Our scopic vision spans the smallest detail to the grandest gesture—recent forays into product design garnered Interior Design’s “Best of Year” award, for the Crystalline Icicle Swarovski Lighting Collection. The same rigorous approach to design and luxe craftsmanship is the cornerstone of the Dentro and Classic furniture collections, as well as exciting new lines of Groves & Co. plumbing fixtures and lighting. Projects have been executed on a global scale for an impressive clientele, including Tiffany & Co., Giorgio Armani, Donna Karan, Coach and Ralph Lauren. Important style makers such as Michael Kors, Derek Lam and Frederic Fekkai have selected Groves & Co. to design not only their commercial spaces but their private residences—evidence of the firm’s savvy design acumen. The studio has grown exponentially—in scope and size, now encompassing three locations. Current commissions include residences in New York, estates in Napa and Florida, as well as multiple homes for Michael Kors and his executive offices. Development projects include 1 Seaport, an all glass residential tower in lower Manhattan, Waterline Square, an illustrious collaboration with Rafael Viñoly, and Halcyon, a serene and luxurious building in Midtown East.
