Steak with Creamy Mushroom Sauce & Asparagus 🍽️
Ingredients:
- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and add dried thyme. Stir and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
6. While the sauce is cooking, steam or blanch the asparagus until tender.
7. Add the lemon juice to the sauce and stir well.
8. Plate the steaks and drizzle the creamy mushroom sauce over them. Serve with the asparagus on the side."

Peanut Butter Balls 🥜
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey together until smooth.
2. Add the rolled oats and ground flaxseed (if using) to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
4. Use your hands to form small balls from the mixture, about 1 inch in size.
5. Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.

Spicy Jalapeño Popper Mediterranean Ground Beef Stir Fry 🌶️
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 jalapeño peppers, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
3. Add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
4. Stir in the sliced jalapeños and bell peppers. Cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Giant Muffaletta Italian Sandwich 🥪
Ingredients:
- 1 large round loaf of bread
- 1 cup olive salad (chopped olives, pickles, and spices)
- 1/2 pound sliced salami
- 1/2 pound sliced ham
- 1/2 pound sliced mortadella
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Instructions:
1. Cut the round loaf of bread in half horizontally.
2. Scoop out some of the insides of the bread to make space for the filling.
3. Spread olive salad on the bottom half of the bread.
4. Layer salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, and mozzarella on top of the olive salad.
5. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the cheese and meats.
6. Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and press down gently.
7. Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
8. Cut into wedges and serve."

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cups kale, chopped

Kings Hawaiian Cinnamon Rolls 🥐
Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 packets (4 1/2 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup water, warmed
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt together.
3. In another bowl, combine the warm milk, warm water, and melted butter.
4. Add the eggs to the wet mixture and mix well.
5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
6. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth.

Strawberry Sensation Ice Cream 🍓
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar. Let them sit for about 15 minutes to release their juice.
2. Puree the strawberries with a blender or food processor until smooth.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Butter for grilling

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic. Cook until soft.
2. Add the diced jalapeños, broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
3. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
5. For the grilled cheese dippers, heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each bread slice.
6. Place one slice, butter-side down, in the skillet. Add mozzarella cheese on top, then place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.

Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa & Coconut Rice 🍣
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
4. In a bowl, mix the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice to make the salsa. Set aside.
5. In a pot, combine the jasmine rice, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked and fluffy.
