Firecracker Red White & Booze Shooters

Ingredients:
- 1 cup grenadine
- 1 cup blue curaçao
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup coconut cream
- Ice cubes
- Red and blue sugar crystals for ri***ng glasses
- Strawberries and blueberries for garnish

Directions:
1. Start by preparing your shooter glasses. Take a small plate and pour some water onto it. On another plate, spread out the red and blue sugar crystals separately. Dip the rim of each shooter glass into the water, then immediately into the red sugar crystals for half of the glass and into the blue sugar crystals for the other half, creating a two-tone effect. Set the glasses aside to dry.

2. In a shaker, combine the vodka and coconut cream. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled. This mixture will be used for the white layer of the shooter.

3. For the red layer, carefully pour the grenadine into the bottom of each shooter glass, filling them about one-third of the way full. Allow the grenadine to settle at the bottom of the glass without stirring.

4. Next, for the white layer, slowly pour the vodka and coconut cream mixture over the back of a spoon, allowing it to float on top of the grenadine. Fill the glass until it reaches about two-thirds full.

5. For the blue layer, gently pour the blue curaçao over the back of a spoon to create the final layer on top. Fill the glass to the rim.

6. Top each shooter with a dollop of whipped cream to create a frothy finish.

7. Garnish each shooter with a strawberry and a few blueberries on top of the whipped cream for an extra festive touch.

8. Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant, layered effect of your Firecracker Red White & Booze Shooters

🍹✨ Jamaican Me Crazy Jello Shots (Party Edition!) 🌴🎉
Bold, boozy, and tropical-purple gems that steal the show!

Ingredients (Makes 12–16 shots):

1 box (3 oz / 85g) grape or berry blue Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup vodka

1/4 cup blue curaçao

1/4 cup cranberry juice (100% or cocktail-style)

Optional toppings: orange or lemon zest twist, or tropical candy (gummy pineapples, sour belts, etc.)

Directions:

Dissolve the Jell-O: In a medium mixing bowl, add the boiling water to the Jell-O powder. Whisk for 1–2 minutes until fully dissolved.

Mix in the Booze: Let the mixture cool for 1–2 minutes (so it doesn't evaporate the alcohol), then stir in the vodka, blue curaçao, and cranberry juice until fully combined.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into plastic shot cups or silicone molds, filling each about 3/4 full.

Chill Until Set: Place the filled cups in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. (Overnight works best!)

Garnish & Serve: Just before serving, top with a tiny twist of orange/lemon zest or press in a piece of tropical candy for a fun finish. Serve cold and watch them disappear!

For the Chocolate Sponge Cake:
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
