A lady gave my Mother this recipe in 1958 and it has been a family favorite ever since. You can serve it with caramel dunking sauce, with some fresh berries, or just plain by itself. Some things just can’t be improved, and this is one of them.

Airfried fish fillet. The only way I will cook it from now. Much better then deep fried and soo easy to prepare too: Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F, for 7-8 minutes. I love this quick & easy recipe and it’s a treat for Beginners....
