๐ฎ Cream Puff (Choux Dessert)
๐ Ingredients
* 1 cup water
* ยฝ cup butter
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 4 eggs
* Pinch of salt
* 1 cup whipped cream or pastry cream (for filling)
* Powdered sugar (for dusting)
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (390ยฐF) and line a baking tray.
2. Boil water and butter in a saucepan; add salt.
3. Stir in flour until mixture forms a smooth ball.
4. Remove from heat; beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
5. Pipe or spoon onto tray; bake 20โ25 minutes until puffed and golden.
6. Cool completely; fill with whipped cream or pastry cream.
7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
