Tuna Salad with Tomatoes! 🥗🐟
Ingredients
2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and red onion.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
