Cheesy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails Recipe
- 4 lobster tails, shells split with meat lifted
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Directions:
1. Start by carefully lifting the lobster meat out of the shells and resting it on top of the shells. This presentation adds a touch of elegance to your dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, along with salt and pepper. Mix well, then brush this flavorful mixture generously over each lobster tail.
3. Next, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the lobster tails.
4. Place the lobster tails under the broiler for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden, and the lobster meat is cooked through and tender.
