Sizzling Chinese Pepper Steak with Onions
Ingredients:

🥩🍽️ CLASSIC STEAK AND MASHED POTATOES 🍷🍟
___Ingredients:___
- 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
___Directions:___
1. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the chopped potatoes and a pinch of salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash with a potato masher until smooth. Add heavy cream, milk, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy. Stir in Parmesan cheese and keep warm.
2. Cook the Steaks: Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time for desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest.
3. Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Spoon the garlic butter over the steaks.
4. Serve: Plate the steaks alongside a generous scoop of mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of garlic butter sauce. Serve immediately.

Slow Cooker Cheesy Mozzarella Chicken
Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup marinara sauce
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil for garnish.
Directions
1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
3. In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the chicken.
6. Cover and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving

Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional)
For the dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey

Tender, juicy ranch-seasoned chicken slow-cooked to perfection and piled high on a toasted bun—these sandwiches are pure comfort food!

# # # Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 sandwich buns, toasted
- Optional toppings: crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles

# # # Directions:
1️⃣ Place chicken breasts in the crock pot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika over the chicken. Pour in the chicken broth.

**Sticky Beef Noodles 🍜🔥**
Better than takeout and ready in just 15 minutes! These caramelized sticky beef noodles are loaded with flavor and perfect for busy weeknights.

- 250 g thin egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 500 g ground beef
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 cups frozen vegetables (e.g., broccoli)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Chili oil (optional)

Cook noodles slightly under packet instructions, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pan, add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauces, and rice wine vinegar. Let it caramelize.
Toss in frozen vegetables, cover, and cook until tender.
Mix water and cornflour, then add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Add noodles and spring onions, mix well, and heat through.

Ingredients:
For the Chow Mein Sauce:
- ¼ cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- ¼ cup (60ml) chicken broth or water
