Tile just came in. Handmade zellige from and Green, blue, and tan. You can see right out of the box no two pieces are the same. This is going to look right at home in this project. Ad Lagoon Tile

Do you love it or hate it? Handmade zellige isn’t perfect. Edges vary. Glaze moves. Nothing lines up exactly. That’s exactly why we used it in a 100 year old house. Perfect would’ve looked wrong here. These houses weren’t built to feel perfect. So we didn’t choose perfect materials. Unboxing handmade zellige from Lagoon Tile You can see it immediately. Everybody said this 1800s farmhouse in Davidson was too far gone. And honestly… when we started opening it up, it was worse than we thought. Rot everywhere. Years of neglect. The kind of stuff that makes most people walk away. But not us. We don’t see problems — we see what it can be. We’re taking this place all the way down to solid, rebuilding it the right way, and giving it another 100+ years. No shortcuts. No lipstick. Just doing it right. When it’s done, this won’t just be a house — it’ll be one of the best homes in Davidson. High-end finishes, safe, solid, and built to last. Sitting on an acre with a 38-acre preserve behind it that will never be touched… it’s the kind of place you don’t find anymore. We’re building this for a family who wants more than just a house. Something they can take pride in. Something they can grow into. Maybe even a little homestead. Coming this summer.
