The primary hers bathroom was conceived as a balance between a more contemporary sensibility and a traditional architectural approach. Arabescato Gold marble was carried across the flooring, shower, and fully clad vanity, then inset into warm rift oak paneling to create a greater sense of depth, permanence, and architectural integration throughout the space. Anchoring the room is a 2,000 pound hand carved Arabescato Gold marble bathtub produced by Il Granito in Belgium.

Designed in collaboration with Obumex, the kitchen pairs richly veined Calacatta Vagli marble, rift oak cabinetry, bronze detailing, and hand antiqued limestone flooring in a palette grounded in warmth and restraint. Behind the cooktop, a sliding marble backsplash conceals integrated spice storage, adding another layer of detail to the space. Cast textured glass doors create a layered transition into the kitchen, lending a quiet softness to the overall composition.

A complete reimagining over the course of four and a half years, the project became an exploration in redefining a home once owned by the late Ozzy Osbourne through softer forms, refined materiality, and a quieter sense of luxury. Every aspect of the interior architectural design was reconsidered, introducing curved plaster detailing, softened transitions, and a more sculptural approach to light, proportion, and space.
