Dana’s favorite thing in the world is to instill confidence in others to master their own kitchen. Her recipes showcase complex dishes and techniques in a way that is broken down for even the most novice of cooks to champion and understand. She is passionate about teaching, both to home chefs and young people to whom the culinary world can provide a lifelong path to stability and success. Dana’s experience is both academic and based in reality. She has contributed and ghostwritten for many of your favorite cookbooks. She has traveled the world in different working capacities as a chef and third-level sommelier, and holds her M.B.A. in management and hospitality from Cornell University.
