**Ingredients:**
🍝 12 oz penne pasta
🌭 1 lb smoked sausage or beef sausage, sliced
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🧅 1 small onion, diced
🌶 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained slightly
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🍗 1/2 cup chicken broth
🧀 8 oz cream cheese, softened
🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🌶 Optional: smoked paprika or red pepper flakes
🌿 Optional: chopped parsley

**Directions:**
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Cook penne pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
4️⃣ Add sausage and cook until lightly browned; remove and set aside.
5️⃣ In the same skillet, sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
6️⃣ Stir in Rotel, heavy cream, and chicken broth; simmer 2–3 minutes.

**Ingredients:**
🐟 4 salmon fillets
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🍋 Zest of 1 lemon
🍋 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🌿 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
🥄 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
🌿 Optional: parsley for garnish

**Directions:**
1️⃣ Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden; remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Add lemon zest, lemon juice, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard; simmer until slightly thickened.

🥖 1 large French bread loaf
🥩 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
🧅 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
🫑 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🌿 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
🧀 8 slices provolone cheese (or shredded provolone)
🧀 Optional: mozzarella or white American for extra melt
🌿 Optional garnish: chopped parsley

**Directions:**
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Slice French bread lengthwise and hollow out some of the center to make room for filling.
3️⃣ Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

🥓 6–8 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
🧀 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
🥚 2 large eggs
🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
🥛 1/2 cup milk
🧅 1 small onion, finely diced
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🧅 1 tsp onion powder
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste

*Cheeseburger Glaze & Topping:*
🍅 1/2 cup ketchup
🌭 2 tbsp yellow mustard
🍯 1 tbsp brown sugar
🧀 Extra cheddar slices (for stacking layers)
🥓 Extra crispy bacon (for topping)

**Directions:**
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

• 1 cup beef broth

• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
