Ingredients:

2 cans tuna in water, drained
1 cup sweetcorn
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation:

Drain the tuna well and place it in a large bowl.
Add sweetcorn, red onion, and celery.

Preparation Method

Preparation Method

80 ml olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

This Pear & Ginger Jelly brings together the soft sweetness of ripe pears and a subtle warm ginger note. Smooth, elegant, and versatile, it’s delicious on toast, pastries, or alongside cheese boards.

Ingredients:

800 g ripe pears, peeled and chopped
500 ml water
25 g fresh ginger, sliced
500 g granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pouch powdered pectin (about 50 g)

Preparation:

Peel and cut the pears into small chunks.
Add pears, water, and sliced ginger to a saucepan.
Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes until pears become very soft.
Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth and discard solids.
Return the liquid to the saucepan and add sugar, lemon juice, and pectin.

2 fresh rosemary sprigs
