10 min date night dinner in our NYC apartment 🥟🥢 Andrew & I love a cozy date night in and decided to try a soup dumpling night for an easy weekday date. These chicken and pork soup dumplings from 思念食品 are now available at Gristedes & D’Agostinos for the easiest date night in this season 🍁

Better than Starbucks pumpkin spice latte 🎃🍁 Been making this since I moved to NYC and couldn’t find a coffee shop that made pumpkin syrup in house.

Pumpkin spice latte syrup 🎃

1/2 c pumpkin purée
1 c water
1/2 c molasses
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until smooth. Off heat add vanilla extract.

Store in fridge to keep fresh. I use about 1-2 tbsp in my coffee

My biggest tip when people ask about moving to New York. Very excited that Segue Living is coming to NYC and a great way to see if NYC is right for you with a long term stay ❤️

NYC apartment bedroom upgrade. Finally saying goodbye to our blank walls after almost 3 years ❤️ I’ve been so indecisive about how to decorate our bedroom and love how this turned out.
